Public sessions
Pricing: As specified on specific course listing
Private onsite sessions
Full-day courses - up to 10 participants*
$1,980 (plus GST) total.
Includes training laptops for participants to use (except for some specified courses), course books for all participants to keep, notepads and pens. Also included is all travel to/from training location within 25km of capital-city CBD and all set-up/pack-down of equipment.
*Some courses/locations/dates have a limit of 6 participants. Please also note government rules regarding maximum number of people in a room which limit the maximum number of participants who can attend the session.
One-on-one sessions hourly rate
Commercial/contract rate: $230 (plus GST) per hour
Non-commercial one-on-one rate: $210 (plus GST) per hour
Second participant rate: $50 (pre-GST) per hour
Minimum duration for one-on-one training is 3 hours.
Three or more participants are charged at Private and onsite sessions rate.
Weekend rates
Training can be conducted on a weekend day for a 20% surcharge over standard rates.
Minimum booking notice
Bookings can be made within minimum notice period, however travel costs will be added to the invoicing amount.
Adelaide minimum notice: Three weeks
Brisbane minimum notice: Three weeks
Cairns minimum notice: Five weeks
Canberra minimum notice: Three weeks
Darwin minimum notice: Five weeks
Hobart minimum notice: Five weeks
Melbourne minimum notice: Three weeks
Newcastle minimum notice: Three weeks
New Zealand minimum notice: Five weeks
Perth minimum notice: Five weeks
Sydney minimum notice: Three weeks
Travel charges
No charge within 25km of capital city CBD.
$1 (plus GST) per km travelled if travelling beyond 25km of capital city CBD.
Course books
$30 (plus GST) per course book with training sessions only.
Course books are included at no extra charge for onsite group training sessions, but not sessions charged under the “one-on-one plus extras” training rate.
Postage and handling of course books is a flat rate of $25 (plus GST) up to 10 books.
Supply of own laptop
T7 Training Systems provide PC training laptops for onsite training sessions. If you wish to use your own PC or Mac computers, we provide a discount of 10%.
Cancellation/change fee
$165 (plus GST) per cancellation or change of booking up to 6 working days prior to the training date.
$495 (plus GST) per cancellation or change of booking from 6 or less working dates prior to the training date.
In the event of interstate bookings, additional charges will be added according to non-refundable bookings made (ie: hotel bookings, flights, car hire, etc).
Registered charity organisation discount
5% discount upon request.
Late payment fee
Invoices remaining unpaid 28 days after payment due: Late payment fee consisting of 10% of invoice amount added to invoice.
Invoices remaining unpaid 42 days after payment due: Second late payment fee of the equivalent dollar amount of the first late payment fee added to invoice.
Please note T7 Training Systems reserves the right to employ a debt collection agency for any invoice unpaid more than 48 days past payment due date. Such debt collection agency may also collect costs of financial recovery. T7 Training Systems understands financial hardship can arise and asks that you contact us in the event of payment difficulties so we can arrange a payment schedule of the full amount for you. Note that your payment of invoices are not subject to or dependant on any third party or third party action.
